If you’re up for a challenge its time for you to experience the Asylum Body Challenge! In 8 weeks we will challenge you to work hard, eat right and watch the positive changes that occur to your body.
The Asylum Body Challenge isn’t about massive muscle gain, or unhealthy weight loss, the challenge is about providing you with the right tools to make positive changes to your body – the harder you work, the more positive results you will see. With the provision of a mixture of healthy recipes from our partner Caroline Bakker smart eating habits will be made easy and effective targeted exercises from MMA specialist Josh Pecasting & Scott will put you on the road to success.
Most important of all, you won’t be doing this alone. Each Challenge member will be given the opportunity to write regular blogs and share their experiences with fellow participants. Of course you will also have the ability to ask questions and receive extra insights as per your wishes.
